Heckman/Sherna Group Ride 19-21 MPH @ Palmetto and A1A

This ride will be a 19-21 MPH average ride. You must have a good headlight and tail light. Scott Heckman will be the group leader and he will post to FB the days before whether the ride is being held or cancelled based on weather. He will post the distances as well. Bridge Repeats Run
Oct 23 @ 5:00 am – 6:00 am

Start at la fitness in Deerfield. Total distance 6 to 10 miles. Bridge repeats are over the Dixie Highway Flyover bridge from Boca to Deerfield. All paces welcome. Todd Kough is usually at the run if anyone has any questions contact him tskough@gmail.com. If you are interested the bridge run let Todd know. He will add you to the FB The bridge so you can know if the workout is on and who will be there on a given day.

Fleet Feet Fun Run

Everyone all fitness levels and paces are welcomed and encouraged to participate.

There will be 2, 3, and 4 mile routes given with an option for longer routes if enough interest. Again all paces, ages, and levels of fitness are welcome.

Threshold Bike @ Linton/A1A

Thursday Morning Ride, 5:15am Spanish River and A1A. The ride heads north to Lake Ave at Lake Worth Beach and will be traveling between 20-25 mph depending on who is pulling. Everyone will get a chance to pull, and must have reliable head light and rear light. Return back Spanish and A1A around 7:15. Please check Facebook page for exact start time the day before the ride. It varies from 5:15-5:30 am

Run: Speed Group
Oct 25 @ 6:00 am – 7:00 am

Run Speed Work at Fleet Feet Sports Delray Beach.
This group is open to all PAID BRT members for free. All speeds and levels welcome. Nick Stump will lead the group each week with Various workouts, some core work and will answer any questions you may have.

Group Ride with Intervals
Oct 25 @ 7:00 am – 8:30 am

25 miles and will incorporate sprint work. Average speed is about 18 mph with speed work @ 23 mph but no one will be left or get lost because the ride is on a 5 Mile loop. The ride will break up and then after the sprint people will regroup and recover.

A casual but good workout and is closed course so you don’t have to deal with cars.

Pedals up at 7 am so get there early to be ready. Meet by butterfly world. By the bathroom facing the lake.
