Group Ride with Intervals
Oct 28 @ 7:00 am – 8:30 am

25 miles and will incorporate sprint work. Average speed is about 18 mph with speed work @ 23 mph but no one will be left or get lost because the ride is on a 5 Mile loop. The ride will break up and then after the sprint people will regroup and recover. Optional run after.

A casual but good workout and is closed course so you don’t have to deal with cars.

Pedals up at 7 am so get there early to be ready. Meet by butterfly world. By the bathroom facing the lake.

Walk out on the beach and course will be south of guarded area. Between the first two condos.
Triangle buoy course over reef.

Degree of Difficulty – medium. If you are not a confident swimmer, please find a partner and stay together.

Fleet Feet Run Group

Join us for a FREE fun, all inclusive group run Monday and Wednesday nights. We will offer routes for distances 2-5 miles. There will also be options to make it longer. Bring a headlamp and reflective gear. Leaving from the store at 6pm. Invite a friend and we hope to see you there!!

Track Session Go Athletics Florida @ FAU Track

Track Session with Coach Zoe Da Silva of Go Athletics Florida. Open to all levels.
$10/session or 10 sessions for $90.

Tempo Run
Oct 29 @ 5:00 am – 6:30 am

From La Fitness in Deerfield. 6-10 mile tempo run. Front of the pack is 7:30 pace. Depending on who shows up there are various speeds. If you are interested in this let Todd Kough know. He will add you to the FB The bridge so you can know if the workout is on and who will be there on a given day.

Skill Level: All welcome but this tends to be a faster group

Runner’s Edge Fun Run
Oct 29 @ 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Run to A1A…varied distances and speeds up to @6 miles. Some nights have Rep’s and Demo’s from shoe companies. Casual and fun!

Lacey Marie is helping ladies involved with the women’s initiative and they will do a modified workout based on who attends

Sunset Ride: On hold until Time Change

Thursday Night Sunset Ride Must be a paid BRT member. Pedals up at 6:30pm.

No Drop Ride average 18mph Approx 25 miles

Please make sure you bring lights as it starts to get dark on way back.

Heckman/Sherna Group Ride 19-21 MPH @ Palmetto and A1A
Nov 1 @ 6:00 am – 8:00 am

This ride will be a 19-21 MPH average ride. You must have a good headlight and tail light. Scott Heckman will be the group leader and he will post to FB the days before whether the ride is being held or cancelled based on weather. He will post the distances as well.
