This ride will be a 19-21 MPH average ride. You must have a good headlight and tail light. Scott Heckman will be the group leader and he will post to FB the days before whether the ride is being held or cancelled based on weather. He will post the distances as well. Start at la fitness in Deerfield. Total distance 6 to 10 miles. Bridge repeats are over the Dixie Highway Flyover bridge from Boca to Deerfield. All paces welcome. Todd Kough is usually at the run if anyone has any questions contact him firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are interested the bridge run let Todd know. He will add you to the FB The bridge so you can know if the workout is on and who will be there on a given day.
Join us for a FREE, fun, all inclusive group run Monday and Wednesday nights. We will offer routes for distances 2-5 miles. There will also be options to make it longer. Bring a headlamp and reflective gear. Leaving from the store at 6pm. Invite a friend and we hope to see you there!!
Everyone all fitness levels and paces are welcomed and encouraged to participate.
