Bridge Repeats Run

Start at la fitness in Deerfield. Total distance 6 to 10 miles. Bridge repeats are over the Dixie Highway Flyover bridge from Boca to Deerfield. All paces welcome. Todd Kough is usually at the run if anyone has any questions contact him tskough@gmail.com. If you are interested the bridge run let Todd know. He will add you to the FB The bridge so you can know if the workout is on and who will be there on a given day.

Threshold Bike @ Linton/A1A

Morning Ride, 5:15am Linton and A1A. The ride heads north to Lake Ave at Lake Worth Beach and will be traveling between 22-28 mph . Everyone will get a chance to pull, and must have reliable head light and rear light. Return back Linton and A1A around 6:45. Please check Facebook page for exact start time the day before the ride. It varies from 5:15-5:30 am

Run Group
Sep 26 @ 5:30 am – 6:30 am

Run Group at Fleet Feet Sports Delray Beach.
This group is open to all PAID BRT members for free. All speeds and levels welcome. Nick Stump will lead the group each week with Various workouts, some core work and will answer any questions you may have.

Group Ride with Intervals
Sep 26 @ 7:00 am – 8:30 am

25 miles and will incorporate sprint work. Average speed is about 18 mph with speed work @ 23 mph but no one will be left or get lost because the ride is on a 5 Mile loop. The ride will break up and then after the sprint people will regroup and recover. Optional run after.

A casual but good workout and is closed course so you don’t have to deal with cars.

Pedals up at 7 am so get there early to be ready. Meet by butterfly world. By the bathroom facing the lake.

From La Fitness in Deerfield. 6-10 mile tempo run. Front of the pack is 7:30 pace. Depending on who shows up there are various speeds. Runner’s Edge Fun Run

Run to A1A…varied distances and speeds up to @6 miles. Some nights have Rep’s and Demo’s from shoe companies. Casual and fun!

Lacey Marie is helping ladies involved with the women’s initiative and they will do a modified workout based on who attends
