Join us for a FREE fun, all inclusive group run Monday and Wednesday nights. We will offer routes for distances 2-5 miles. There will also be options to make it longer. Bring a headlamp and reflective gear. Leaving from the store at 6pm. Invite a friend and we hope to see you there!!

From La Fitness in Deerfield. 6-10 mile tempo run. Front of the pack is 7:30 pace. Depending on who shows up there are various speeds. If you are interested in this let Todd Kough email@example.com know. He will add you to the FB The bridge so you can know if the workout is on and who will be there on a given day.
Skill Level: All welcome but this tends to be a faster group
Road Bike Thursday: 5:30 am Linton and A1A. The ride heads north to Lake Ave at Lake Worth Beach and will be traveling between 22-28 mph. Everyone will get a chance to pull, and must have reliable head light and rear light. Return back Linton and A1A around 7:00. Please check Facebook page for exact start time the day before the ride. It varies from 5:15-5:30 am

This ride will be a 19-21 MPH average ride. You must have a good headlight and tail light. Scott Heckman will be the group leader and he will post to FB the days before whether the ride is being held or cancelled based on weather. He will post the distances as well.
