A-Group average’s between a 7:30-8:15 min/mile for 10+ miles. Sometimes even faster depending on where we are in a training cycle.
All speeds welcome and can start a B-Group & C-Group by pace

Karen Lewin heads this OWS opportunity each Sunday at 8:30 am as conditions permit.
This swim is unaffiliated with BRT but she was kind enough to allow us the opportunity to join them.
She will post on their FB page the day before when the swim is a go. They also meet during the week at various times if conditions permit and people are available to swim. Someone will always post the details on the page the day before so check there for more opportunities to swim.

Start at la fitness in Deerfield. Total distance 6 to 10 miles. Bridge repeats are over the Dixie Highway Flyover bridge from Boca to Deerfield. All paces welcome. Todd Kough is usually at the run if anyone has any questions contact him email@example.com. If you are interested the bridge run let Todd know. He will add you to the FB The bridge so you can know if the workout is on and who will be there on a given day.
Join us for a FREE, fun, all inclusive group run Monday and Wednesday nights. We will offer routes for distances 2-5 miles. There will also be options to make it longer. Bring a headlamp and reflective gear. Leaving from the store at 6pm. Invite a friend and we hope to see you there!!
Everyone all fitness levels and paces are welcomed and encouraged to participate.
There will be 2, 3, and 4 mile routes given with an option for longer routes if enough interest. Again all paces, ages, and levels of fitness are welcome.
